NEW! Due to the changing laws surrounding artificial dyes, we will comply with changing out our food coloring by the end of 2026. In the meantime, we will use the coloring we have on hand and will experiment with natural food coloring as it comes on the market.

Kohl’s Kookies is located in Berthoud, CO. The address will be sent with your invoice and will be available for porch pick up. If you are located in Colorado, and wish the cookies to be shipped, the cost of shipping is based on the size of your order and can range between $15-$40 and is subject to change (I will invoice the cost separately). Please note that detailed cookies with florals and 3D transfers typically do not ship very well. All cookies are wrapped in bubble wrap and we do our best to ensure a safe delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that cookies will not break.

Orders over 3 dozen must be ordered a minimum of 3 weeks before the pickup date and are subject to availability.
NEW! - Half deposit is required to place the order. The remainder balance will be invoiced the week of the due date.

Orders placed less than 14 days of the pickup/delivery date, if available, may be subject to a 25% rush fee.

According to Colorado Cottage Food laws, I am unable to label my cookies as “gluten free” due to the fact my home kitchen is not gluten free. I omit all ingredients containing gluten in my “gluten friendly” recipes and use very high quality ingredients. I do my best to keep ingredients separate and sanitize in between batches to minimize any cross exposure to gluten.

We all know life happens and can be unpredictable. If there is a change in your plans, you can cancel with a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to your order due date. If an emergency arises within 2 weeks, I will provide a refund minus 25% of the order to cover product/time.

If I am unable to fulfill your cookie order due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will fully refund you for your order.
